Awesome announcement! Walmart is changing their coupon policy!!

Walmart has changed their coupon policy! Time to reprint the policy for your coupon binders! The new policy has a few changes. The biggest change is that they now allow overages!!! It also states that they accept catalinas that print from a competitors register!! WOO HOO!!! To see the new policy, click this LINK!
