Receive your $5 REBATE (by mail) complete the form and send with the original cash register receipt/s (dated from 3/11/2010 to 4/18/2010) totaling $20 worth of PARTICIPATING BRANDS (see GP EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS branded products list).
If you buy $20 and use coupons (maybe Kmart doubles or Piggly Wiggly doubles), then send in the for rebate, you can get quite a good deal!
