I just went to log into my Disney Rewards account, and all of my points are gone. It shows that I have 0 points. The layout of the page is a blue sky, instead of the theater curtain & stage layout that is usually there. I was just on yesterday, and entered 3 movies that I bought. Everything was fine then. I had well over 2,000 points. I sent them an e-mail. Have you had any problems?
Penny, I haven't had any problems, but I did notice they changed their layout. I would email,call and contact them until you get a response!! Did you know how many points you had? Wow, I hope they can fix it!!!
I have been trying these codes since you posted them and the site keeps telling me that they aren't "live" yet?
I have used all the codes, so I know they are active as of March 30th when I posted them. I was able to get all the points. I am sorry you are having problems with them.

I e-mailed them 2 days ago. After you send the message you do get an e-mail telling you to please allow 3 days for someone to get back to you, and I have not heard anything back. I did go ahead, and send them another e-mail today.
I do have an e-mail from them that shows my account at 1,320 points as of 3/13. However, I have added 3 movie codes, and other codes since then. I believe that I was right around 2,000 points. I am really frustrated that this happened, and that they have not gotten back to me yet.
I hope you hear from them soon, otherwise email them again. I don't know what else to tell you.

I wasn't able to use these codes also. I get the same message that they aren't live. Oh well.
It's possible they were March codes and it's April now. Sorry!
Disney movie rewards finally responded to my e-mail today. I e-mailed them telling them that all of my points are missing from my account.... This is what I got in return:

Oh Penny! I am so sorry that you are going through this. I did a search and I found this...please call 1-866-246-8646 Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Central Time, to speak to a Disney Movie Rewards Member Services representative.

Thank you for finding the phone # for me. I looked around the Disney Movie Rewards site, and didn't see anything. I will let you know what happens.
By the way, I did reach PC with Avon! After 2 years, but I got there. Now I just have to stay there! I offered everyone 40% off. I sold 2K in 2 days!
Congrats on making PC. I was in Avon for 4 years and I was PC for 3 of those years. I was also a unit leader. It's hard work to make it to PC! Great job!!!
