Update! Target coupon policy!!!

Back in June, Target updated their coupon policy! I know that they changed to "no stacking". Well, I found the new coupon policy online and I wanted to make sure you all have it for your binders. PLEASE NOTE: you can stack manu coupons and store coupons!!!
