I already posted that we have many things weare going to do this summer, but when I got to talking to a friend, I was surprised by how many things people don't know about that are FREE here in Wisconsin. So, I am adding two more things we do each year and they are both free admission!
1. Henry Villas Zoo. 702 South Randall Avenue, Madison, WI 53715-1665. This family friendly zoo is located in Madison. It has free admission and parking. Beautiful Park to picnic in ( so you can save your money and not buy lunch there!) It's near the water, so it's a beautiful area! You can find out more at http://www.vilaszoo.org/
2. Bay Beach. 1313 Bay Beach Road Green Bay, WI, This beautiful area has a nature center, which is free and open to the public. The kids can see animals there. Also, they have an amusment park, the old style type. Tickets are .25 cents each and most rides are 2 tickets. So, you can have some family fun without breaking the bank! They also have free movie nights!
